The most important aim is for all the students to develop an understanding and love of the art of classical ballet, learning the technique to the best of each student’s ability, acquiring poise and confidence but, most importantly, with enjoyment.
Ballet is a performing art so whilst the technique must be learned every student must be given an opportunity to participate in the end of year Concert to experience the thrilling aspect of performing the technique acquired throughout the year on stage, in costume, to an audience.
